My apologies to Grandma Vada...I have not blogged in a LONG time! The boys and I have all had the flu and that set us behind a few days. Gavin and I were quite the pair...sick at the same time! Thank goodness we have 2 bathrooms! (TMI!) My cousin Amy and I have also been busy sharpening up her resume and finding a new adventure for her to begin! Gavin has football practice 3 nights a week plus all his school work...and that makes for crazy weeknights. He is in 5th grade with 3 teachers, and they insist on not telling the parents anything about assignments and test to teach the kids responsibility. Scary! Griffin's daycare provider got a new job forcing us to make some unexpected changes. We are so close to never needing daycare again...only 8 more months, but we did find some great options and Griffin has enjoyed going to 2 different places the last 2 weeks. One place has his cousin Giana and 2nd cousin Jack...Griff enjoys playing the "big brother" role for both of them. It is something he has never experienced before.
I promise I will get pics up soon...

KSU vs Missouri State
Hey Mark, I am over here...stop watching the game!
The Family in their home away from home...minus Chris?! Someone has to work for a living, and unfortunately it is him.
We had another football Saturday! We started in McPherson where Gavin's Outlaws played in a rematch of the Championship game from last year. I was too nervous to take pictures. They lost a hard fought battle 6 to 0. They got the worse game over with, now they can relax and play football.
We were then off to Manhattan where Mom and Dad and the Willeys were awaiting our arrival! It was an evening game with fireworks afterworks, just gorgeous! There were more fireworks to come after the game as Griffin got sick and I had to drive him home LATE instead of sleeping in the RV. (You're welcome Willey's and Witthuhn's...it was a BAD night. Poor Griff!) We had some unexpected tailgate visitors...my cousin Tonya dressed in PURPLE and her husband Jon in neutral colors?! Not bad for dirtybirds, LOL!! My cousin Mike and his wife April also come by. So nice to see all of them.

KSU v UCLA Game
Happy 11th Birthday Gavin!!
The game festivities were a blast! Dad got a new RV on Friday and we broke it in right away! We had a large amount of people at the tailgate in celebration of Dad's 60th Birthday. It was Harley Day and my wonderful neighbor/dentist Paul let me ride on the back. I did not take any pictures ;-( but it was a rush!

A couple of weekends ago my cousin Dustan got married in Ness City. Renae and I were the "cake, nuts, punch and mint ladies" and worked unexpectedly hard! Only at a Witthuhn wedding would you hear the KSU fight song and the Wabash Cannonball...WHAT A BLAST! To top the night off they had nachos at midnight! Congrats!
